These two kids have changed our lives! They have brought us so much joy and we truly love them with all our hearts! We feel so blessed to have been able to go through the adoption process. We say all the time that we wouldn't have it any other way! We feel like we are the LUCKY ones! We know that Macy and Owen were meant to be our kids. Heavenly Father sent them down to us, through the most amazing process. We couldn't possibly love them any more then we do!

We had many attempts at Christmas card pics this weekend. We took this one at my brother's house on Thanksgiving. This is the best we could come up with! I like it because it is pretty causal, which is exactly how we are.

Here's what our mornings look like at our house. Macy will climb into Owen's crib and entertain him until we come and get them out. He hasn't figured out that he can crawl out yet, thank heavens. For now he is just content having her climb in.

We celebrated Owen's 2nd birthday at the Bounce house! It was really fun! The four of us were the only ones in the whole place. All of us had a blast and were exhausted by the time we got home!

Macy wanted to go to Chucky Cheese for her 4th birthday, so off we went. They absolutely loved it! Their eyes would light up when the caught a glimpse of Chucky Cheese. It was priceless!

Once again we went up to Star Valley for the weekend. You would think we love that place or something:) For me...not so much love as enjoy. Jeff on the other hand is completely and utterly in love with the place. He is a fisherman at heart and just feels complete by spending time near the rivers. So he packed us a lunch and loaded us in the truck for a picnic by the river. It was one of those perfect days! We ate and threw rocks in the river. Jeff took the kids up stream to send down the sticks they had collected. Then they would run down along the river to watch them float by. On our way out we saw Cowboys herding the cattle down the canyon. The kids thought it was hilarious! Great weekend, which we finished off by listening to Conference.

The kids and I went on a "Hike" the other morning. It was a perfect day! The weather was great...the bugs were out..and they loved finding rocks to throw.

Tulip Festival

My Friend and I took our kids to the Tulip Festival a few days ago. It was a beautiful, warm day. It is a perfect way to welcome Spring.

March madness!

Jeff and I had the chance to go to Mexico the first of March with his work! We had a great time enjoying the sun and all that Mexico had to offer. Especially these ice cream bars called Magnum bars! This is a picture of us on top of a ruin called Koba.Jeff's birthday is on St. Patties day, so the kids and I made him green cupcakes. Here is Owen letting Jeff know he is ready for his cupcake!

Surviving Feburary

This is one of my favorite pictures. Every night before we put the kids down we give them their sippy's and they just want to snuggle. It is our favorite time of day and neither of us ever likes to miss out on it.Macy got dressed all by herself...BEAUTIFUL isn't she?

Owen absolutely loves his dad. He knows dad is always good for making up some sort of fun game no matter where they are.

I thought this picture was hilarious. Both kids were so mad that I was holding them back from running around, just to get a picture. I was also walking around all day with my hair sticking out so far on the one side and I had no idea...gotta love it!

These two are so full of life and always up to something! I feel so lucky to have them!

The Sun and the Snow!

We have had some fun this past couple of months together! We got the chance to take our kids up to a cabin in Wyoming to go snowmobiling and sledding. It was so fun! Both kids loved it! Jeff and I both commented on how fun it was to be able to take the kids out snowmobiling with us. It is something we both enjoy doing and we look forward to doing it more often with our kids!

A few months ago we went to San Diego for our family trip! It was so fun to start our own traditions like this. We spent time at the beach soaking in the sun. We also had the chance to go to a few amusement parks. The kids both loved Lego Land and Sea World the best. My favorite part was when Shamu first jumped out of the water and both Macy and Owen screamed with delight! It was one of those moments were you felt life couldn't get any better then that.
